Coconut raspberry Smoothie with soy yoghurt
Ingrédients pour 2 verres :
2 cuillères à café d'huile de coco
1 handful fresh raspberries
2 poires
5 Teaspoon soy yoghurt
200 ml milk
100 ml coconut milk
Préparation :
• First, sort out and wash the raspberries
• Wash, core and quarter the pears
• Then put all the ingredients in a Smoothie blender, puree and enjoy immediately
