Coconut banana Smoothie fruit tea
Ingrédients pour 2 verres :
300 millilitres de thé aux fruits
2 ripe bananas
7 cu cuillères à café de yaourt nature
1 Teaspoon coconut puree
Préparation :
· First, boil the tea fresh and let it cool
· Now peel the bananas and break them into pieces
· Then put all the ingredients in a Smoothie blender, puree finely and enjoy immediately
