Blueberry tangerine Smoothie
Ingrédients pour 2 verres :
200 grammes de myrtilles
1 handful raspberries
1 small tin of mandarins
250 ml cold water
Préparation :
· First sort and wash the raspberries and blueberries
· Remove the mandarins from the can, collecting the fruit water
· Now put all the ingredients in a Smoothie blender, puree finely and enjoy immediately
