Blackberry banana Smoothie mint tea

Ingrédients pour 2 verres :

1 banane

2 cups frozen blueberries

5 cuillères à café de yaourt nature

300 milliliter peppermint tea 

Préparation :

· First boil the tea fresh and let it cool

· Now peel the bananas and break them into thick pieces

· Then put all the ingredients in a Smoothie blender, puree finely and enjoy immediately
