Banana Smoothie with macadamia nuts and almond milk
Ingrédients pour 2 verres :
2 bananes
1 handful macadamia nuts
1 handful hazelnuts
300 millilitres de lait d'amande
5 Teaspoon soy yoghurt
Préparation :
• First peel the bananas and break them into thick pieces
• Coarsely chop the nuts
• Then put all the ingredients in a Smoothie blender, puree finely and enjoy immediately
