Banana Smoothie with green tea

Ingrédients pour 2 verres :

2 bananes

5 cuillères à café de yaourt nature

200 milliliter green tea

Préparation :

  • First boil the tea fresh and let it cool
  • Then peel the bananas and break them into thick pieces
  • Coarsely chop the nuts
  • Then put all the ingredients in a Smoothie blender, puree finely and enjoy immediately
