Banana Smoothie with almond milk and cashew nuts
Ingrédients pour 2 verres :
2 bananes
1 handful cashew nuts
2 Dates
300 millilitres de lait d'amande
Préparation :
· First peel the bananas and break them into thick pieces
· Pit and chop the dates
· Then put all the ingredients in a Smoothie blender, puree finely and enjoy immediately
