Smoothie avocat-roquette avec pissenlit

Ingrédients pour 2 verres :

5 dandelion leaves
1 handful baby spinach
1 handful rocket
1 Avocat
300 ml d'eau froide

Préparation :

• First pit the avocado and roughly chop the flesh
• Wash and clean the dandelion, rocket and spinach
• Placer tous les ingrédients dans un mixeur à smoothie, mixer finement et déguster immédiatement.
