Apple Smoothie with mint tea

Ingrédients pour 2 verres :

1 pomme verte
2 pommes rouges
200 ml peppermint tea 

Préparation :

· First, boil the tea and cool

· Now wash the apples, core them and cut them into pieces

· Then put all the ingredients in a Smoothie blender, blend finely and enjoy immediately
