Raspberry banana Smoothie with milk
Ingrédients pour 2 verres :
1 banane
1 handful raspberries
1 poignée de mûres
300 millilitres de lait
Préparation :
• First peel the banana and break it into thick pieces
• Sort and wash the raspberries and blackberries
• Then put all the ingredients in a Smoothie blender, puree finely and enjoy immediately
