Mango pear Smoothie

Ingrédients pour 4 verres :

1 mangue
2 poires
1 Apricot
300 millilitres d'eau froide 

Préparation :

• First peel the mango and remove the flesh from the core
• Now wash, core and quarter the pears
• Then wash and stone the apricots
• Now put all the ingredients in a Smoothie blender, puree finely and enjoy immediately
