Blueberry Smoothie with spinach leaves
Ingrédients pour 2 verres :
200 grammes de myrtilles
1 poire
1 handful spinach leaves
300 ml coconut water
1 cu cuillère à café de sirop d'agave
Préparation :
- First sort and wash the blueberries
- Now peel the banana and cut it in half
- Now wash and clean the spinach
- Place all ingredients in a Smoothie blender, blend and enjoy
