Pear persimmon Smoothie with mint

Ingrédients pour 2 verres :

1 poire

2 Persimmon fruits

1 handful fresh mint

300 millilitres d'eau 

Préparation :

· First, wash, core and quarter the pear

· Wash the persimmons and cut them into pieces

· Now wash the fresh mint

· Finish by putting all the ingredients in a Smoothie blender, puree and enjoy
