Ginger persimmon Smoothie with fresh mint

Ingrédients pour 2 verres :

a small piece of ginger

2 Persimmon fruits

1 handful fresh basil

300 millilitres d'eau 

Préparation :

· First peel and halve the ginger

· Wash the persimmons and cut them into pieces

· Now wash the mint

· Finish by putting all the ingredients in a Smoothie blender, puree and enjoy
