Cucumber Smoothie with red apples

Ingrédients pour 2 verres :

½ concombre

2 pommes rouges

300 milliliter coconut water 

Préparation :

· First wash the cucumber and cut it into pieces

· Now wash, core and dice the apples

· Then put all the ingredients in a Smoothie blender, puree and enjoy immediately
