Ginger Smoothie with persimmon
Ingrédients pour 2 verres :
3 Persimmon fruit
1 handful baby spinach
1 petit morceau de g gingembre
300 ml d'eau froide
Préparation :
· First wash the persimmon fruit, remove the seeds and cut into pieces
· Wash and clean the baby spinach
· Now peel and halve the ginger
· Then put all the ingredients in a Smoothie blender, puree finely and enjoy immediately
