Banana Smoothie with mixed berries
Ingrédients pour 2 verres :
2 bananes
1 handful raspberries
1 handful blueberries
1 poignée de mûres
300 millilitres de lait
10 Teaspoon natural yoghurt
Préparation :
• First peel the bananas and break them into thick pieces
• Then sort and wash all the berries
• Then put all the ingredients in a Smoothie blender, puree finely and enjoy immediately
