Smoothie poire-melon
Ingrédients pour 2 verres :
2 poires
1 gros morceau de melon miel
1 medium piece of pineapple
300 ml d'eau froide
Préparation :
• First wash, core and quarter the pears
• Peel, core and dice the honeydew melon
• Then peel and roughly chop the pineapple
• Put all ingredients in a Smoothie blender, puree and enjoy immediately
