Banana Smoothie with coconut
Ingrédients pour 2 verres :
1 banane
1 handful baby spinach
2 Teaspoon coconut water
2 Tablespoons chia seeds
300 ml coconut water
Préparation :
• First peel the banana and cut it in half
- Laver et nettoyer les jeunes épinards
• Then put all the ingredients in a Smoothie blender, puree and serve
