Figs yoghurt Smoothie with cinnamon
Ingredients for 2 glasses:
3 fresh figs
2 Pears
10 Teaspoon natural yoghurt
200 milliliter whole milk
100 ml soy milk
5 Teaspoon cinnamon
Honey
Preparation:
• First peel the figs, clean them thoroughly and chop them coarsely
• Now wash, core and roughly chop the pears
• Place all ingredients in a Smoothie blender, puree finely and enjoy immediately
