Pineapple pear Smoothie with coconut water

Ainekset 2 lasiin:

1 iso pala ananasta

1 päärynä

1 kourallinen pinaattia

300 ml coconut oil 

Valmistelu:

· First, peel and dice the pineapple

· Wash, core and quarter the pear

· Now wash and clean the baby spinach

· Place all ingredients in a Smoothie blender, blend finely and enjoy immediately
