Kiwi rocket Smoothie with mint

Ainekset 2 lasiin:

2 kiiviä

1 kourallinen rucolaa

1 kourallinen tuoretta minttua

300 millilitraa kylmää vettä 

Valmistelu:

· First peel and dice the kiwis

· Now wash and clean the rocket

· Then wash the fresh mint

· Place all ingredients in a Smoothie blender, blend finely and enjoy immediately
