Good mood breakfast Smoothie

Ingredients for 4 glasses:

2 bananas
1 handful blueberries
7 teelusikallista luonnonjogurttia
300 millilitraa täysmaitoa 

Valmistelu:

• First, peel the bananas and break them into pieces
• Sort and wash the blueberries
• Put all ingredients in a Smoothie blender, puree finely and enjoy immediately
