Avocado Rocket Smoothie with Dandelion

Ainekset 2 lasiin:

5 dandelion leaves
1 kourallinen pinaattia
1 kourallinen rucolaa
1 avokado
300 ml kylmää vettä

Valmistelu:

• First pit the avocado and roughly chop the flesh
• Wash and clean the dandelion, rocket and spinach
• Place all ingredients in a Smoothie blender, blend finely and enjoy immediately
