Ainekset 2 lasiin:

2 punaista omenaa
1 kourallinen pinaattia
1 kuppi pakastemarjoja (sekaisin)
300 millilitraa vettä 

Valmistelu:

• Wash and clean the baby spinach
• Place all ingredients in a Smoothie blender and puree
• Finish by pouring the Smoothie into the glasses and serve
