Kale Smoothie with oranges

Ainekset 2 lasiin:

1 handful kale leaves

1 kourallinen pinaattia

4 oranges

300 millilitraa vettä 

Valmistelu:

· First wash and clean the baby spinach and kale

· Peel, core and chop the oranges

· Then put all the ingredients in a Smoothie blender, puree finely and enjoy immediately
