Oranges and baby spinach Smoothie

Ainekset 2 lasiin:

3 appelsiinia
1 kourallinen pinaattia
250 ml water 

Valmistelu:

• First peel, core and roughly dice the oranges
• Wash and clean the baby spinach
• Then put all the ingredients in a Smoothie blender, puree and enjoy
