Avocado rocket Smoothie with coconut water

Ainekset 2 lasiin:

1 kourallinen rucolaa
1 avokado
300 ml kookosvettä
2 Teaspoon chia seeds 

Valmistelu:

• First wash and clean the rocket
• Pit the avocado and roughly chop the flesh
• Then put all the ingredients in a Smoothie blender, puree and enjoy
