3 nektariini

1 peotäis beebispinaati

300 milliliitrit külma vett 

Ettevalmistus:

· First wash, core and dice the nectarines

· Wash and clean the baby spinach

· Place all ingredients in a Smoothie blender, puree and enjoy immediately
