Ginger yoghurt Smoothie with milk

Koostisained 2 klaasi jaoks:

1 väike tükk ingverit

2 avokaadot

2 Tablespoons natural yoghurt

300 milliliitrit piima

Ettevalmistus:

  • First peel and halve the ginger
  • Pit the avocado and roughly chop the flesh
  • Then put all the ingredients in a Smoothie blender, puree and enjoy
