Cherimoya yoghurt Smoothie with coconut
Koostisained 2 klaasi jaoks:
1 Cherimoya
1 banaan
1 pirn
5 supilusikatäit naturaalset jogurtit
300 milliliitrit kookospiima
Ettevalmistus:
· First, halve the cherimoya, remove the seeds and roughly chop the flesh
· Now peel the banana and break it into thick pieces
· Then wash, core and quarter the pear
· Place all ingredients in a Smoothie blender, puree finely and enjoy immediately
