Avocado yoghurt Smoothie with soy milk

Koostisained 2 klaasi jaoks:

2 avokaadot

1 banaan

5 Tablespoons soy yoghurt

300 milliliter soy milk 

Ettevalmistus:

· First, pit the avocado and roughly chop the flesh

· Peel the banana and cut it in half

· Now put all the ingredients in a Smoothie blender, puree and enjoy
