Koostisained 4 klaasi jaoks:
2 mangos
1 avokaado
2 bananas
5 teelusikatäit naturaalset jogurtit
300 ml coconut milk
Ettevalmistus:
• First peel the mangoes and roughly chop the flesh
• Pit the avocado and also roughly chop the flesh
• Now peel the bananas and break them into pieces
• Then put all the ingredients in a Smoothie blender and blend until smooth
