Breakfast Smoothie with pears and cinnamon
Koostisained 2 klaasi jaoks:
2 pirni
1 handful hazelnuts
8 Teaspoon natural yoghurt
1 teelusikatäis kaneeli
300 milliliitrit piima
Ettevalmistus:
· First wash, core and quarter the pears
· Then put all the ingredients in a Smoothie blender, blend finely and enjoy immediately
