Breakfast Smoothie with blueberries

Koostisained 2 klaasi jaoks:

2 banaani

150 gram blueberries

10 Teaspoon natural yoghurt

2 Tablespoons sultanas

300 milliliitrit piima 

Ettevalmistus:

· First peel the bananas and break them into pieces

· Then sort and wash the blueberries

· Then put all the ingredients in a Smoothie blender, blend finely and enjoy immediately
