Breakfast Smoothie with berry mix
Koostisained 2 klaasi jaoks:
2 banaani
1 handful oatmeal
1 tass külmutatud marju
10 Teaspoon natural yoghurt
300 milliliitrit piima
Ettevalmistus:
· First peel the bananas and break them into pieces
· Then put all the ingredients in a Smoothie blender, blend finely and enjoy immediately
