Koostisained 2 klaasi jaoks:

8 Teaspoon natural yoghurt

1 banaan

1 handful raspberries

300 milliliitrit kookospiima 

Ettevalmistus:

· First, sort and wash the raspberries and blueberries

· Peel the banana and cut it in half

· Place all ingredients in a Smoothie blender, puree and enjoy
