Mango kiwi Smoothie with coconut water and chia seeds

Koostisained 2 klaasi jaoks:

2 mangot
1 banaan
1 pirn
2 teelusikatäit chia seemneid
300 ml coconut water

Ettevalmistus:

  • First peel the mangoes and roughly chop the flesh
  • Now peel the banana and break it into thick pieces
  • Then wash, core and quarter the pear
