Melon blackberry Smoothie with chia seeds

Koostisained 2 klaasi jaoks:

1 piece honeydew melon
125 gram blackberries
1 peotäis mustikaid
1 pirn
1 tablespoon chia seeds
300 milliliitrit külma vett 

Ettevalmistus:

• First peel the honeydew melon and cut it into rough pieces
• Sort and wash the blackberries and blueberries
• Then wash, core and quarter the pears
- Asetage kõik koostisosad smuuti blenderisse, segage peeneks ja nautige kohe.
