Raspberry yoghurt Smoothie with rice milk
Ingredientes para 4 vasos:
8 Teaspoon natural yoghurt
1 Plátano
1 handful raspberries
1 handful blueberries
5 cucharaditas de yogur natural
300 mililitros de leche de almendras
Preparación:
• First, sort and wash the raspberries and blueberries
- Pelar el plátano y cortarlo por la mitad
• Place all ingredients in a Smoothie blender, puree and enjoy
