Pear persimmon Smoothie with parsley

Ingredientes para 2 vasos:

1 Pera

2 Persimmon fruits

1 small bunch flatleaf parsley

300 mililitros de agua 

Preparación:

· First, wash, core and quarter the pear

· Wash the persimmons and cut them into pieces

· Now wash the parsley

· Finish by putting all the ingredients in a Smoothie blender, puree and enjoy
