Nectarine spinach Smoothie

Ingredientes para 2-4 vasos:

3 Nectarinas

1 puñado de espinacas tiernas

300 mililitros de agua fría 

Preparación:

· First wash, core and dice the nectarines

- Lavar y limpiar las espinacas tiernas

· Place all ingredients in a Smoothie blender, puree and enjoy immediately
