Mango yoghurt Smoothie with honey
Ingredientes para 2 vasos:
2 Mangos
5 cucharaditas de yogur natural
300 mililitros de leche de coco
1 cucharadita de miel
Preparación:
· First peel the mangoes, remove the flesh from the core and chop coarsely
· Place all ingredients in a Smoothie blender, puree and enjoy immediately
