Coconut banana Smoothie with yoghurt and water
Ingredientes para 2 vasos:
3 cucharaditas de aceite de coco
2 ripe bananas
1 fruta de la pasión
7 Cucharadita de yogur natural
300 mililitros de agua fría
Preparación:
- First, peel the bananas and break them into pieces
- Halve the passion fruit and scoop out the pulp
- Place all ingredients in a Smoothie blender, puree finely and enjoy immediately
