Chia spinach Smoothie with pears and water
Ingredientes para 2 vasos:
4 Tablespoons chia seeds
2 Peras
1 puñado de canónigos
300 mililitros de agua fría
Jarabe de agave
Preparación:
• First wash and core the pears and cut them into pieces
