Chia mango Smoothie with arugula

Ingredients for 3 glasses:

3 Teaspoon chia seeds

1 Mango

2 Plátanos

1 puñado de espinacas tiernas

1 puñado de rúcula

320 ml de agua fría 

Preparación:

· First wash and thoroughly clean the spinach and rocket

· Peel the mango and roughly chop the flesh

· Now peel the banana and cut it in half

· Now put all the ingredients in a Smoothie blender, puree finely and season to taste
