Blueberry date Smoothie with coconut milk

Ingredientes para 2 vasos:

1 handful blueberries
4 Dates
1 ripe banana
150 milliliter coconut milk
150 milliliter milk 

Preparación:

• First sort and wash the blueberries
• Core the dates
