Batido de plátano con leche de arroz y frambuesas
Ingredientes para 2 vasos:
1 Plátano
5 cucharaditas de yogur natural
1 handful raspberries
300 ml de leche de arroz
Preparación:
- First peel the banana and break it into thick pieces
- Sort and wash the raspberries
- Then put all the ingredients in a Smoothie blender, puree finely and enjoy immediately
