Apple Pear Smoothie with Avocado

Ingredientes para 2 vasos:

3 peras
1 manzana roja
1 aguacate
300 ml de agua 

Preparación:

• Wash, core and quarter the apples and pears
• Now pit the avocado and roughly chop the flesh
• Then put all the ingredients in a Smoothie blender, blend finely and enjoy immediately
