Apple Rocket Smoothie

Συστατικά για 2 ποτήρια:

2 κόκκινα μήλα

1 χούφτα ρόκα

1 χούφτα μαρούλι

300 χιλιοστόλιτρα κρύο νερό 

Προετοιμασία:

· First wash, core and quarter the apples

· Wash and clean the rocket and lamb’s lettuce

· Place all ingredients in a Smoothie blender, blend finely and enjoy immediately
